Chilli South African Biltong

Biltong is a form of dried, cured meat that originated in Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. ... The word biltong is from the Dutch bil ("rump") and tong ("strip" or "tongue").

We make a traditional Beef Biltong spiced and cured the South African way. We use an age old South African recipe as our starting point and tweek it as we go. the end result is a biltong fit for any occasion.

Our biltong is packaged as it’s dried so the dryness and fat content is varied. We have imported a biltong drying cabnet from South Africa to make our biltong. We have also imported a biltong slicer that has been designed especially for slicing biltong perfectly, again from South Africa.

Eaten on its own as an appetiser or all day munch. Especially at sporting events, but anywhere is OK. Try it, you'll find it much more addictive than peanuts or potato crisps.
