A beautiful , spicy, heirloom chilli pepper from the Bahamas. The pods ripen from light green to peachy orange and offer wonderful flavour and aroma.
If you’re brave enough to take a bite of one raw, the flavour is fruity and citrussy with a hint of lemon. A gorgeous chilli for sauces, chutneys and purées. The heat level is in line with Scotch Bonnet/Habanero peppers.
