Chicken Wing Seasoning
Flaming Wing Seasoning the secret to a good wing is a dry crispy skin to soak up all the great tasting sauce. Traditionally wings are cooked in a deep fat fryer. I like to oven cook my wings to keep them a little healthier so to get that skin nice dry and crispy to soak up all the sauce we have produced a seasoning . The seasoning is a combination of herbs and spices designed to help the skin go crispy and the meat stay moist. I coat my wings with the seasoning (which in its self is hot and tasty without any sauce) and leave them in the fridge over night then cook for 15 to 20 minutes each side to give you what I think are the worlds best wings!
Ingredients: Salt, sugar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cinnamon powder, baking powder, bhut jolokia chilli powder. 60g
